Im Hungry and My Knees Hurt!
I’m hungry and my knees hurt!
I am a shifworker. I work twelve hour shifts and rotate from nights to days, nights to days , over and over. A couple of months ago, on vacation in Las Vegas, my left knee blew out without me doing anything to it. About two weeks later, my first night back at work, my right knee did the same thing! The doctor doesn’t have a clue what is going on. He just gave me Naproxin and said to give them time to get better. Well, I’m getting tired of hurting. My back has been shot for years and I’ve dealt with ongoing pain because of severe sciatic nerve damage and now my knees? This is crazy! I took work off last night and I absolutely hate having to call off. The doctor x-rayed my knees and the cartlige looks good. Do any of you have any ideas on what could be making my knees hurt?
I need to get something to eat for supper but nothing sounds good. Ever been there?
